Ashtanga
This class harnesses your strength, focus, and vitality. With this sweet one-hour class, we'll move through the traditional sun salutations of Surya Namaskar A and B, followed by a selection of further poses from the Ashtanga primary series. This dynamic yoga practice will guide you through a series of postures designed to build flexibility, stamina, and inner power. As you link breath with movement, you'll ignite your inner fire and clear your mind. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling energized, centered, and ready for the week ahead.

Grounding Yin
This grounding, hour-long class is a much slower pace where poses are held for at least 2-3 minutes. By embracing stillness, we're able to surrender into each pose, easing into the deep connective tissues of the body, and finding quiet in the mind. This nourishing class helps yogis focus on their breath and find a more meditative space during poses. Poses are softer and use gravity to their benefit. This is a great class to relieve stress and foster a sense of calm that resonates long after the class ends. Slow down, relax.

Freiheit Fridays
Relax and rejuvenate with 1-hour class to begin your Friday evening. Designed to help you transition into the weekend, this class will include creative flows, challenging postures, and fun. On the first Friday of each month, we’ll do an Ashtanga-inspired class. Other weeks, we’ll focus in on various themes like arm balances or heart-opening poses. This class will help you clear your mind and body of any residual stress from the week and find joy in your practice. Close your week on a high note, by joining this energetic and soothing class.
